Sunward Rise | Trieu Duong is committed to green, clean, and sustainable development, aiming to build an environmentally responsible and community-driven cinnamon industry. The company has signed a cooperation agreement with the Vietnam Forests and Biodiversity Conservation (VFBC) project, funded by USAID, to develop sustainable cinnamon plantations.
In the global movement towards sustainable development and environmental protection, Sunward Rise | Trieu Duong is dedicated to a green, clean, and sustainable growth strategy. Our commitment goes beyond product quality—we aim to build a business model that is environmentally responsible, ensuring long-term value for both local communities and Vietnam’s cinnamon forests.
As part of our mission to support sustainable development initiatives, Sunward Rise | Trieu Duong shares a common vision with the Sustainable Forest Management (SFM) component of the Vietnam Forests and Biodiversity Conservation (VFBC) project.
The VFBC project, funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), is focused on protecting forest resources, promoting sustainable management, and improving the livelihoods of local communities. Recognizing our aligned goals, Sunward Rise has officially signed a cooperation agreement with VFBC to develop a green, clean, and sustainable cinnamon plantation model.
The signing of the cooperation agreement between Sunward Rise and VFBC marks a significant step towards sustainable cinnamon production. The ceremony was witnessed by the U.S. Ambassador to Vietnam, Mr. Marc E. Knapper, further emphasizing international recognition of Sunward Rise’s responsible and eco-friendly cinnamon production practices.
This milestone not only advances Sunward Rise’s mission but also contributes to Vietnam’s cinnamon industry integrating more deeply into global supply chains, particularly in markets that prioritize sustainability such as Europe and the United States.
Developing green, clean cinnamon plantations: Supporting farmers in sustainable cultivation methods, minimizing chemical use, and preserving soil and water resources.
Enhancing the value of Vietnamese cinnamon: Achieving international certifications for organic production, traceability, and social responsibility (Fair Trade, Organic, ISO...).
Conserving biodiversity: Collaborating with international organizations to protect forest ecosystems and reduce environmental impacts.
Creating sustainable livelihoods for local communities: Helping farmers increase income through fair and transparent business models.
Sunward Rise invites partners, customers, and the community to join us in building a green, clean, and sustainable cinnamon industry in Vietnam.
